🕒 How long will my order take to arrive?

All custom orders are made to order and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

We ship using Royal Mail 24 Tracked, which typically arrives 1–2 days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your item ships.
✏️ Can I change my design after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we can’t make any changes once your order is placed.

All cards are custom made using the exact details and images you provide during checkout, so please double-check everything before confirming your order.
🚫 Can I return or exchange my item?

As all our products are custom made, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost — just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
📦 What if my parcel is lost or delayed?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

We’ll check your tracking information and work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
💬 I entered the wrong address or details — what can I do?

Buyers are fully responsible for the information submitted during checkout.

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — if your order hasn’t yet gone into production, we’ll do our best to help, but once it’s printed, we can’t make any changes.
